Julie Anne Jones

Julie’s first exposure to Pilates came from her Grandfather who has been attending his weekly Pilates classes her since she can remember but became hooked on it as a form of body conditioning which sorted out her back issues while training for a professional career in Ballet.

Julie completed the BASI Mat Teacher Training in 2016 and since stopping dancing to pursue a career in Occupational Therapy, Pilates brings together Julie’s passions for movement, understanding the human body, teaching and wellness together.

For Julie, Pilates is about moving with integrity and invigorating movement, a chance to reconnect with your body and refresh your mind.
